General Terms and Conditions of Sale

The sale of products on the website www.boninistore.com is governed by the following General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Products purchased through the website are sold directly by Bonini Srl (the “Seller”), with registered office in Italy at Via XI Maggio 142, 91025 Marsala (TP), registered with the Companies Register, Tax Code and VAT No. 02458150816.

Commercial Policy

The Seller sells exclusively to final consumers, defined as natural persons purchasing products for purposes unrelated to any commercial, business, entrepreneurial, or professional activity. Orders placed by parties who do not qualify as consumers will not be accepted.

Purchase orders and returns must correspond to normal consumer needs. The Seller monitors the number of orders and returns submitted by customers.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse orders that do not comply with its commercial policy, including orders suspected of fraudulent or unlawful activity. In such cases, the user will be informed that the order has not been accepted.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern exclusively the submission and acceptance of purchase orders relating to products available on www.boninistore.com.

They do not govern the provision of services or the sale of products by third parties that may be featured on the website through links, banners, or other connections. Users are advised to review the terms and conditions of sale of such third parties before making any purchases.

Conclusion of the Contract

  1. In order to enter into a purchase agreement on www.boninistore.com, the user must submit a purchase order proposal through the online order form, following the instructions provided.

  2. Before submitting the purchase order proposal, users are advised to carefully read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Information Notice on the Right of Withdrawal, and to print or save a copy for future reference.

  3. Prior to the submission of the order proposal, the user will be provided with a summary of the applicable commercial and contractual terms and conditions, including the essential characteristics of the products, prices, payment methods, delivery arrangements, and shipping costs.

  4. The submission of the purchase order proposal constitutes a binding offer by the user. Any errors in data entry may be corrected before the order proposal is submitted.

  5. The user will receive an email confirming receipt of the purchase order proposal; however, such confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order.

  6. The contract shall be deemed concluded only when the Seller accepts the purchase order proposal by sending a second confirmation email regarding acceptance of the order and shipment of the products.

  7. The Seller reserves the right to refuse incomplete or incorrect orders, or orders relating to unavailable products. In such cases, the user will be promptly informed and any amounts already paid will be refunded.

Guarantees and Prices

  1. The products offered for sale are luxury branded products of the highest quality, purchased directly from fashion houses, manufacturers, and carefully selected retailers.

  2. No used products, irregular items, or products of quality lower than current market standards are sold through the website.

  3. The essential characteristics of each product are described in the relevant product pages. Images and colours may vary depending on the user’s browser and monitor settings.

  4. Prices may be subject to updates. Users are advised to verify the final sale price before submitting their order.

  5. Products are supplied with an identification tag attached by means of a disposable security seal.

  6. All products sold are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided under applicable law for a period of 24 months in the event of lack of conformity. Any lack of conformity must be reported within 2 months from the date on which it is discovered.

Payments

  1. Various payment methods are accepted, as indicated in the order form. No charges exceeding the actual costs incurred by the Seller will be applied.

  2. In the event of payment by credit card, financial information is processed securely through encrypted protocols.

  3. By using Scalapay, the user receives the order immediately and pays in 3 instalments. The relevant instalments will be assigned to Incremento SPV S.r.l.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs amount to €9.60 via UPS courier service. Free shipping is available for orders over €150. Products will be shipped within 72 hours from receipt of payment.

Right of Withdrawal

  1. The user has the right to withdraw from the contract, without penalty and without providing any reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products.

  2. The withdrawal may be communicated by submitting a return request form or any other explicit declaration to the Customer Service department of Bonini Srl.

  3. Products must be returned within 7 days from the communication of withdrawal. Return shipping costs shall be borne by the user unless otherwise expressly stated at the time of purchase.

  4. The right of withdrawal shall be deemed correctly exercised only if the products: have not been used, worn, or washed; retain their identification tag; are returned in their original packaging.

  5. The Seller will verify the conformity of the returned products. If the conditions for withdrawal have been complied with, the refund will be processed within 14 days from the date on which the Seller becomes aware of the withdrawal request.

  6. If the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal are not met, the user shall not be entitled to any refund and may request the return of the products at their own expense.

Refunds

  1. Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date on which the Seller becomes aware of the withdrawal request and following verification of the returned products.

  2. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
