Returns and refunds

1.1 Under Article 52 of the Consumer Code, you have the right to withdraw from the contract entered into on www.boninistore.com (the Seller) without penalty within fourteen (14) working days of receiving the products purchased. In specific cases, as set out in the Right of Withdrawal section, you may exchange the item you have chosen for another.

1.2 In accordance with Article 54 of the Consumer Code, you may exercise your right of withdrawal by making a request within 14 working days of receiving your order, either by contacting Bonini Srl’s Customer Service via WhatsApp or by sending an email to info@boninimarsala.it.

1.3 Once the right of withdrawal has been exercised, the products must be returned to the Seller by handing them over to the courier and sending them to:

no later than fourteen (07) working days from the date of notification of the decision to withdraw. Please note that no more than 07 working days may elapse between the date of the return request and the actual dispatch of the products.

1.4 For the JEWELLERY category, the time limit for exercising the right of withdrawal and returning products is reduced to four (4) working days from receipt of the order.

1.5 The only costs to be borne by the Customer are those relating to the return of the products, provided that the courier and shipping methods specified are used.

You may opt for the service at a cost of €20 (to be deducted from the total refund); we will book the UPS courier, who will collect the parcel from the Customer’s address.

For a fee of €15 (to be deducted from the total refund), we will arrange for the return via our WhatsApp customer service; we will provide the return label, and the Customer simply needs to take the parcel to a UPS collection point.

Alternatively, at the Customer’s expense, they may choose their own courier,  notifying us of the chosen courier and providing the following details for the RECIPIENT:

1.6 The right of withdrawal is exercised correctly if:

It is requested within fourteen (14) working days of receipt of the products, or within four (4) working days for products in the JEWELLERY category;

The products have not been used, worn or washed;

The identification tag is still attached with the single-use seal;

The products are returned in their original packaging;

The products are handed over to the courier within seven (07) working days of notification of withdrawal, or within four (4) working days for products in the JEWELLERY category;

The products are undamaged.

Under Article 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to made-to-measure, personalised or sealed products that are unsuitable for return for hygiene or health reasons, if opened after delivery.

1.7 The Seller will check that the returned products comply with the conditions. If the right of withdrawal is exercised correctly, the Seller will send you a confirmation of acceptance and refund the amounts paid for the products.

1.8 Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and in any event within fourteen (14) working days from the date on which the Seller received notice of withdrawal, after verifying compliance with the conditions set out.

1.9 If you do not comply with the terms and conditions for exercising your right of withdrawal, you will not be entitled to a refund. The Seller will notify you that your return has not been accepted. Within 14 working days of receiving this notification, you may choose to have the goods returned to you at your own expense by notifying the Seller. Otherwise, the Seller will retain the goods and any sums paid.
