5. The products are provided with an identification tag with a disposable seal.

6. The products sold are covered by a 24-month legal warranty for defects of conformity. The defect must be reported within 2 months of discovery.

Payments

1. Various payment methods are accepted, indicated on the order form. No costs exceeding those incurred by the Seller will be charged.

2. In case of payment by credit card, financial information is managed securely via an encrypted protocol.

3. Using Scalapay, the user receives the order immediately and pays in 3 installments. The installments will be transferred to Incremento SPV S.r.l.

Shipping and Delivery
